This message concludes this series on the moralist by further amplifying the fourth truth about them from Romans 2:12-16 - they are without exception. The three witnesses against those who claim ignorance of the Law of God are: the moral law (vv. 14-15a), the conscience (v. 15b) and the memory (v.15 c). Each of these is a built in part of each human being as designed by God. Verse 16 concludes this section with a description of the coming day when all who depend upon their own works with be judged by God according to those works. A significant amount of time is spent in Revelation 20:11-15 to see more of what will come to pass on that coming day.
