Dr. Allen describes how he warmed up to the truth of this difficult psalm while bundled up in a small room in the Ukraine during a blizzard. He understood the words of the psalm, but hadn't yet perceived their meaning. The illumined truth of the passage was something beautiful, tying the old testament to the new, and bringing hope to people of all nations who put their faith in God.
