Caesar Augustus' census was probably the biggest news headline of the 1st Century... but in the fields among the shepherds was proclaimed the event of all eternity. Near the otherwise insignificant town of Bethlehem, an angel appeared declaring good news of a great joy for all the peoples -- Christ the Savior is born! This message of good news forever demands a response from those who hear it -- a bending of the knee to the newborn King.
