Psalm 23 is one of the most beautiful descriptions of God in all of the Bible. Pastor Chris begins this sermon with the question, "What will it take to make you a satisfied person?". He goes on to point out that when we cannot see God as the wonderful Shepherd, we will live dissatisfied lives - no matter how much we have. This Psalm is explored in light of the question, "What does God, as Shepherd, provide for His people?". As the passage unfolds we find I. He provides nourishment (v.2), II. He provides healing (v. 3), III. He provides protection (vv. 4 - 5), IV. He provides mercy (v. 6).
