Perspectives Regarding Faithful Evangelism (Part 3)

In this message Pastor Rich Malcolm reminds us that a faithful evangelist not only anticipates conflict, but also displays confidence born out of spiritual provision, perspective, power and precept. When confronted by the 71 members of the Sanhedrin, Peter speaks boldly demonstrating the guilt of the Jewish leaders (See Acts 2:23; 3:14-15; and 4:10). Pastor Rich pointed out that if people don’t know their guilt, they won’t know their need for forgiveness. Peter refers to Psalm 118:22 to show that Christ is the Chief Cornerstone that the builders rejected. Rather than wavering in fear of the response to Peter’s message, he drives his point even further using scripture to expose their sin.
