Living in the Light of the End

Pastor Rich Malcolm started this message with a clear warning to the church that, if Peter believed the end was near, the end is much nearer for us. Pastor Rich drew our attention to the two kingdoms (light and darkness) that are at war for our thinking in times of suffering and persecution. He assured us that, though nothing happens by pure coincidence (i. e., attacks from the forces of darkness), all things are under God’s sovereign control and management. The question he urged us to consider was, “How does our eternal perspective influence our mind, our manner, our ministry, and our motivation?” The greater portion of the message was devoted to answering these critical questions from the passage.
